4 Season Camping Hot Tent with Stove Jack for 1-6 Person

I have to say it’s overall an excellent tent! Well thought out and versatile. Set up is very basic, each tent pole is clearly numbered. Tent pegs/stakes are actually better than what I expected. Zippers are waterproof. There are storm flaps and Velcro over the zippers as well. Ventilation is great when needed. Tent warms up in minutes. The tent is made with silnylon, and is 100% waterproof. The tent packs down into its storage bag easily, and weighs just over 6 pounds, which is pretty good compared to other hot tents out there.

All right I slept in the snow up at the Manistee River it did very well it held up good and it rained for a day and a half and I kept dry. It was only 28° out at night so I did not use the wood stove I had I survived it's a good product can't wait to use it again.. I made sure that I dry the tent out for 2 weeks to make sure there was no moisture on it. Also it was windy prior to the rain storm

I got to really push this tent. I had a crazy rain/thunderstorm, I went through, while I was camping. It was almost an inch of rain in a half an hour a wind of 20 mph to gusts of over 40 mph but I was in a tree line so direct wind was low. I can say it’s waterproof. I had a little amount of water, but it was me hitting the outer shell with my toe's. Though I did have a tarp underneath it so the inner shell I don’t know a 100%. It’s extremely easy to set up. once, you figure it out. You don’t need instructions. Because there’s a book in the bag but, no exact instructions unless it was in words. I’m a picture person. I don’t really care to read. Size I’m 5’ 10” and 180 lbs and my head hit the top of the inner shell sitting down and laying down it fits me perfectly. I don’t recommend getting it if you are bigger and taller than me. Warmth- it’s a warm tent for sure I haven’t tested it in the winter yet but I could sleep with a 40 or 50 degree Fahrenheit sleeping bag in the summer time. Spring and fall wouldn’t have much issues either. I wake up a little warm that’s for sure. I really want to test it in winter to see if it’s capable I’m in the mid west area so zero degree Fahrenheit Is easy to get too. Quality- so far it’s holding up quite well but I’ve only have used it twice and going to be using four times maybe this year. I might edit or do another review in a year or two to give a better idea of it durability and overall quality.

Tent is much smaller than expected. Will make a fine gift for teenage nephew, who wants his own tent though.

Having Served in the US ARMY INFANTRY I have vast experience in various tents and temporary shelters. Now an avid backpacker and trail enthusiast I seek THE BEST the market has to offer me seeing as how I no longer have the restrictions of being in the military. I was searching a highly portable, easy to set up tent to withstand ALL ELEMENTS (with in reason.) I have wasted hundreds of not at this point over a thousand dollars on purchasing gimmick tents claiming to be the best. I came across THE DANDELION SHELL HOT TENT. I GAVE IT TRY. As of right now, I have built a camp and have had my DANDELION SHELL HOT TENT pitches for 57 consecutive days. It easy to build design allowed me more time to focus on other aspects of the camp I was forging. I have endured heat, high winds, frost and freezing rain....and my DANDELION SHELL is going strong. It's shell design and floor placement is absolutely genius in keeping me and my gear waterproof. The CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED ALONG WITH MY PURCHASE HAD BEEN ABSOLUTELY TOP TIER. I would parachute into a warzone or climb the highest mountain with this Shelter system, NON OTHER. TO THOSE SEEKING THE BEST....LOOK NO FURTHER. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Difficult to set up. Only suitable for soft ground. The design is not correct. The interior floor liner does not match the shape of the tent. The tent melted as soon as the wind started because of the hot stove. Not a good design they wouldn’t take back the product anyways they leave you with it. You’re stuck with it. It’s a waste of money. Do not use or buy this product. It’s a hazard..

Exactly what was needed. Perfect.

デザインに一目惚れして購入。 ロッジ型だけど六角形になる独特のデザイン。 とにかくかっこよくて、メーカーロゴがあることににっこりする経験は初めてです。 底面固定時にミニポールがあらかじめ入っているので、しっかり立ち上がる。 ただ天井は少しだるだるなので、タープ固定用のグロメットもガイロープで地面に固定するとだいぶピンと張る。それでもだるだるな部分はあるけど。 シーム処理はある程度しっかりしてるけど、ランタンフックやグランドシートを引っかけるフック付近から滲みてくる。 あとグランドシートのシーム処理面が幕内側に来るのは合ってるのかな？ この時期にしては異例のあたたかさの中でのキャンプでも、虫がグランドシートの隙間から入ってきました。汚したくないのでもう一枚グランドシートを敷いててもです。 這う虫用の泡スプレーとかが必要かも。 商品説明ではポールを外に建ててたけど、届いた商品はグロメット付近が強化仕様になってる？内側に建てたらポールが当たる部分が擦れないかも？

Dandelion shellのテントを初めて使いましたが、中々良いです。 一人なら十分すぎるほど広くて解放感があります。薪ストーブを使うと煙突周辺の生地が若干縮みますが溶ける事はなく、使用感も抜群です。ストーブジャックは縫い付けてあり、交換が出来ないので注意が必要です。 一番気になっていたフロアはＳ字フックの様なもので簡易的に６か所止めるだけの仕様で好みが分かれそうです。どうしてもフロア生地がヨれて隙間が出来るので、夏場はアリやクモ、ムカデなど虫が入ってくる事が予想されます。雨天時には水も入ってくるでしょう。個人的にはフロア一体型だったら最高でした。 残念な点はガイロープを追加しないと風に弱い所でしょうか。付属のガイロープだけだとメーカー掲載写真の様に弛んだ仕上がりになり、風速3m/s程度のそよ風でバタつきます。ポールを刺す先に補強が無いので、動かない様に固定しないと擦れて突き破る可能性がありそうです。よって、入り口上２点のガイロープ追加は必須級です。２点を追加すると屋根を固くピン張り出来る用になります。いろいろとガイロープを追加した事で9m/s程度の風にもバタつくものの何とか耐えました。 その他、撤収時は収納袋に入る様に小さく畳むのに苦労します。 2026/03/11 ★５→★２ 設営２回目のテント設営時にサイドが破れました。 縫製が細い糸で並縫いの様な感じで弱いです。メーカー掲載写真の様にダルダルで設営した方がいいかも知れません。耐風性がとかそういうテントでは無かった様です。デザインと居住空間が良いだけに残念！ 2026/04/xx ★２→★４ 一部が破れた件は、新品のフライを送ってもらって対応してもらいました。 先日、大雨の中で使用した所、雨漏りは無かったです。フロアからの浸水もありませんでした。コンパクトで広く、デザインも良いのでお気に入りです。

なかなかカッコイイテントですが、綺麗に張るにはコツがいるかも。 あとポールは本来、外側に取り付けるのが正解の様ですが、生地が二重になってはいるものの、補強は無いので、自分は内側に取り付けました(こちらは補強有り)。 ペグもかなり使いますので、初心者には厳しいかもしれません。
