When I took it apart to empty and clean it, it very difficult to put all the pieces back together. The plastic white ring kept popping off the the razer part would not stay put. After one cleaning it never stayed tight and I had to keep adjusting. I just gave up and bought another brand.

the head on the razor may not have been so good and then I used one of the extra ones that came in a package. Maybe just make sure all of the cutting tops work before you send it off.

Love this hair removal tool. I've been using it over a decade. It cuts the hair right at your skin leaving your skin super soft. It doesn't hurt and it stores the cut hair preventing a mess. There is no open blades making this very safe. It lasts for years and uses 1 double a battery.

I like the product but one of the heads broke. In taking it off to clean, the whole razor top came apart. Otherwise, product works as should. Haven’t returned because I have two extra razor heads.

I ordered this facial hair remover new, but it arrived looking like it had already been used. The device, power cord, and extra attachments were all dirty, and the rose gold trim on the top of the shaver was missing. On top of that, the device didn’t even work. This is a personal hygiene product, so receiving one that appears to have been previously used is unacceptable. I expected a clean, brand-new item, not what looked like someone else’s return. The fact that it was also nonfunctional made the experience even more disappointing. I returned it immediately. I hope the seller improves their quality control so customers receive new, working products as advertised.

The shaver has no brand name on it,and buying replacement heads is problematic.I have bought theses shavers before,(different brands),and I have three differenr size heads,as they are not all compatible . I want to know which heads to buy for this particular shaver.Other than that,The little shaver works perfectly,and I like the result

Only works on and off after two months. Wasted my money
