I have a 140° camera. Is this camera a 170° camera?

Is the camera universal I already have a Camera does not work well would I be able to use this, in place of my old ones

I do not think it will hook up to a factory camera but should hook up to another after market connection.

I am replacing my car stereo, and the oem camera isnt compatible as the stereo does not have the power. does this camera use the stereo power to work?

In my car, the camera is powered by the backup light. When I shift to reverse the current from the backup light powers the camera. The red wire that comes with the camera cable is used for current. By the way, It is a great little camera.
