For some reason the package was soaking wet, the invoice saturated but the caps are all in individual plastic bags and appear fine.Using the "shampoo" cap is very easy, place on head, massage hair/scalp, remove cap, dry hair.I thought the cap was large, it wasnt a tight fit.
