These are the best acne patches I’ve tried so far, and I’ve tried a lot of brands! And they’re super cheap! In my experience as someone that struggles with “leaky” acne, this product absorbs more fluid and absorbs faster than Mighty Patch, especially if you’re using larger pieces. I LOVE the larger patches, as you can use a pair of scissors to cut them to any desired shape/size. I have had the best results on large blemishes by using a piece that’s at least twice the surface area of the blemish itself, as the hydrocolloid has more absorbent area and won’t “fill up” as quick (I get a very large blemish that seems to have an infinite amount of fluid at least once a week, so I know a thing or two about hydrocolloid patches LOL). I’ve seen a big difference in my acne while using these patches- by covering up active blemishes, it helps to keep surrounding areas clean by preventing any of the fluid from transferring. These patches stick well and will stay on for a very long time if you adhere them to clean, non-greasy skin. You can’t put adhesive on dirty/greasy surfaces and expect it to stick… using a q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol to wipe away any grease on an active blemish before applying these patches works well, but if you’re applying to a large area, it’s best to wash your whole face beforehand.

These patches have been saving my face and boosting my low confidence. They are the BEST I’ve ever tried. Even compared to the expensive ones where you pay an arm & a leg and only get like 10 patches. These are an amazing deal for over 100 of them! Comes with many different sizes to choose from which is great for anything big to small. I was using the Peach Slices for a while until I stumbled upon these and man, these stick to your face WAY better. The adhesive is amazing. I put an oil on my face every night when I wear them and they do not budge! Any pimple I have is wiped away within a day or two depending on the severity. These are seriously magic. Don’t hesitate, buy these!!

I know these are advertised for pimples, but I used these large patches for mosquito bites. They stick well and help with the urge to itch. I'm sure they would work for pimples too, but I bought the large size specifically for mosquito bites. Give it a try.

I’ve seen many people online rave about these patches for acne prone skin. And I decided to give it a go. For reference, I naturally have acne prone skin, lots of scarring from over the years, bumps that form out of nowhere and oiliness that comes and goes. So basically the ideal test subject for this product. For starters: these are very uncomfortable to sleep with. Especially if you have sensory issues you’ll find yourself probably picking at them and running your fingers along them very often. At least I did. I do genuinely recommend using these overnight, and not during the day. Because for whatever reason, these patches only seemed to have picked up “gunk” from my skin if I left it in while sleeping. During the day…even if I left them in for 6 hours they wouldn’t do anything. So my theory is that you need at least 10 hours with these on your skin for it to do anything for people with less acne. Maybe if you really do have A LOT of cystic acne or pimples on your skin that are very much visible, you’ll see the results quicker. But that wasn’t so much my case as my issue is mainly the scarring and the spontaneous bumps. Secondly, if I did have an active pimple, or a bump, this didn’t do much to get rid of it. It would reduce in size if the bump had already been burst and was merely inflamed (so basically it did work as intended since these patches were originally made to soak up moisture from active scars or wounds) but on bumps that threatened to turn into pimples? Eh. Not so much. On actual pimples? Don’t recall. Surprisingly I did feel like they did so something for my nose. Maybe it feel less bumpy. I do understand the hype, I do agree that these work for many people. But for me, it felt lack luster and underwhelming. I had the sticky feeling it gives the skin afterwards, and taking them off does hurt. But, if you suspect this will at least do something to keep future acne at bay. Then go ahead.

I ordered these in april of 2025 and i’m just now running out in march of 2026. I didn’t use them everyday of course, but when I had breakouts from shaving or wax that was too hot on my chin and neck they saved the day. I would say consult with a dermatologist if you have severe acne cause they leave a light film that you have to clean off with a face wash.

Got them on sale to try and they are not all that bad however for the smaller patches I would say they don’t stick very well.
