I’ve been using the Wellgard My Journey (MJ) Multivitamin, and overall I’m really impressed with it. One of the biggest positives is the energy support. It contains a high dose of Vitamin B12 and magnesium, which really helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and gives a more steady, natural feeling of energy throughout the day rather than a quick boost. I also like that it’s clearly designed for people who may not always get a perfectly balanced diet, as it helps fill in nutritional gaps and supports things like immune health, bone strength, and muscle function. The inclusion of minerals like zinc, iron, and magnesium makes it feel more complete than a basic supermarket multivitamin. Another plus is that it’s easy to take daily and doesn’t feel harsh on the stomach when taken with food. After a few weeks, I noticed a general improvement in stamina and less of that mid-day energy dip. The only downside is that it’s quite a strong formula, especially the iron content, so it may not be suitable for everyone without checking tolerance first. Also, like many multivitamins, it’s not an instant fix — consistency is key. Overall: A powerful, all-in-one multivitamin that genuinely supports energy, muscle function, and daily health. I’ve been on a GLP-1 for over a year, and these have been amazing for me. He even mentioned them to his doctor, who was very positive about them for GLP-1 users, which made me feel even better about taking them. They’re now part of my routine and I’d definitely keep buying them. Not the most glamorous purchase in the world, but genuinely one of the most useful ones.

Brilliant since I been on the MJ injection. This has helped the sulphur burps to zero sulphur burps. Also help with stomach issues. Tasteless, but they do have a slight smell to them, and are easy to swallow. Will be buying more while I'm on my journey.

They are easy to take, I think they help but can’t see a great lot of difference to be honest, the only thing I have noticed is the price keeps going up.

I really don't buy multivitamins as rather make sure of having the correct amount daily but this one is just excellent. Will get a subscription at the end of this month. Great quality and amount of mineral and vitamins added. Excellent value for money combined with high quality product. Caps are easy to swallow as not big.

My hair is better nails slowly as I’ve had buildup on them and since had them removed to my natural nails so will take time.. skin amazing
