Does this leave thick hair heavy and sticking to itself? I wish to detangle after shampooing but not to make my hair heavy. It is not fine hair.

in a word, no. i use it for my two kids who have v long wavy hair. not at all fine. we've been using it for about 4 years now and we are certain we always have ample supply wherever we are. game-changer for us. hair-brushing. pre fairy tales, was something protected by the geneva conventions.... good luck
