Seems the same as the original
I mainly use this with containers that are too small to fit the Aeropress filter lid when pressing. If you thought this was only a funnel for coffee to go into the chamber, oh ho! You can fit the hexagonal Aeropress lip into the hexagonal funnel top and it meshes perfectly, thus allowing you to brew coffee directly into a smaller container, which is great for smaller mouthed insulated vessels. It is very stable.

Great Purchase
I needed another coffee funnel as one of ours disappeared. Glad we have this one now and the drawstring bag it came with is, as indicated, roomy enough to fit our Aeropress GO, our manual coffee grinder, and our funnel all in the one bag. So handy! Thanks!

Does the trick.
Works well for making the aeropress in cups with a smaller opening. Pretty big, pretty sturdy, maybe a bit expensive for what it is, but amortized over some cups of coffee is well worth it.
