The Ingrem recliner showed up to my door well packaged in 2 large boxes. Everything was in the boxes with no missing parts. Assembly was pretty straight forward although the instructions to do so were pretty lacking. Once everything was done the operation of the chair was flawless. My wife loves how comfortable it is and has been using it daily for gaming and relaxing. Would definitely purchase another one if I wanted too. Customer service was excellent as well.

Amazing ! I love it. It’s the best thing I’ve ever bought!!! I really needed something comfy and warm for my back. It’s so good for your back if you’re having pain. It works well. The boxes are REALLY heavy but a woman can totally set it up. It’s cute and huge! Really. I think it’s great for anyone who can afford it. Totally worth it! Pd: the only thing that I haven’t figured out is the voice control. I don’t have idea how it works but anyways!!

This chair is amazing. Super comfortable and very well crafted. The voice controls work flawlessly, phone mount is super sturdy, usb charges super quick.
