Very good product. Got all items as per description. The product is working very well. I liked it a lot.

So Far working great! Initially i put the chain in wrong order & due to which the cutting was not happening. Later i realized & correctly set it up. Now it works well. I will try to share my opinion after using it for few more times.

Product is good looking without any damages only on outside. All parts are in the box. But the Product is not in working condition. It doesn't start even batteries are in full charge. Returned the product.

Initially I received a the chain saw machine with out tool box, guild guard and start button safety switch. After exchange received complete with all the accessories.. It is a very good quality.

Doesn't work. Won't cut a tiny twig too. Better to shop in person, see demo, invest in quality machines.

It cant cut even a plantain. The product first received is defective and got replaced with another one. It is working except cutting. Waste of money and time. Totaly disappointed

Bought one in Nov 2022, and it still works today in Feb 2024, however, I did need to change the chain today, the instruction is not quite clear, but I managed. It is very light, easy to use, battery lasts quite a long time per charge. The charger still works, however it seems to take longer. For such low price, it is a great tool for any gardener.

Well balanced, hand-held mini-chainsaw. Does its work well, except for one big item: the second of the two batteries that it came with will not charge up. I charged it twice; once for 4 hours and then for 7 hours. Never got the green light to come on indicating the battery was fully charged. It did have enough juice to run the saw but I have no idea to what degree it is charged. I would like to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement battery but can't find any way to do that. Secondly, I used the chainsaw for about 15 minutes trimming a bush and when I was done, the chain was already sagging below the guide. There are instructions for tightening the chain included, but it seemed odd that the "high quality chain" as the manuf. calls it is sagging after 15 mins. use. Makes me worried. ** UPDATE ** The seller replaced the battery that would not charge to full (green light on charger) very quickly after leaving feedback about the issue in a review. He took care of the issue promptly and courteously - no problem. I am wholly satisfied with the unit and expect it will do exactly what I bought it for.

It's a perfect tool to use for my yard! It was introduced to me by my sister in law, and have been using this to trim my smaller trees and bushes. Battery charge holds and just the right size and weight for this senior to use.

I didn't expect much based on the price, but I was pleasently surprised. It works great for limbs up to 4" (I haven't tried it on anything larger). I toss this in my trail bike basket to cut down the many vines and small trees that have grown across a poorly maintained trail I ride. Now I can ride instead of walk my bike. BE CAREFUL, there's not much to prevent your cutting yourself badly. Keep a firm grip and cut slowly. I am experienced with large 2-stroke chainsaws, so I know how and where to cut branches. This is a great addition to my tools, it is very light. The tension adjust is below par, but useable. There is no oiler, I keep a spray can of white lithium grease spray and spray it after every 10-15 minutes of use. Despite these drawbacks, it is a really good bargain for < $25

The saw comes fully assembled and includes tools in a nice plastic storage / carry box. As many have commented, the instructions are poorly written, in some cases unintelligible. Shouldn’t create a problem, except, no where does it tell you to oil the chain! In use should oil the chain frequently. I use a small oil can filled with chain (bar) oil and lubricant the chain where it rests on the bar. Oiling the chain periodically during use important to prevent early chain failure. Also very important to check chain tightness several times during first couple of minutes use when new. Chain will stretch as it begins use. Got it when price was just under $20. Chose this one because its power was greater than one with spare chain. Not disappointed. Cut through a 30 foot long pine tree limb, with multiple branches, including several places that were a little over 5 inches in diameter. Light weight and easy to use, especially since the limb was in a very dense space.
