This strip has worked very well for me. It is easy to apply. It stays down and it is also easy to peel off. I am happy with this product.

Works well
We had a new and quite expensive carpet fitted to the stairs and landing, but we had to have it fitted within a short amount of time and we never had the time to re paint the stair edges and skirting boards, so finding this item was a game changer to mask of the carpet, what I done was buy some cheap masking tape from Aldi and masked of the carpet first then I applied the Tesa Easy Cover UNIVERSAL Paper - 2in1 painter's masking paper onto the masking tape and it worked like a dream NO PAINT on the carpet, and even better when one side had dried I carefully removed the paper and reused it on the other edge of the stairs, so if you run into the same problem this is the stuff to purchase.

Parfait, colle bien et permet une bonne protection pour peindre. Attention si vous utilisez 2 morceaux de les faire chevaucher suffisamment pour que la peinture ne s'immisce pas entre les 2 !

Lo hemos usado para varios retoques en casa y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. El sistema 2 en 1 es súper práctico: papel protector + cinta de carrocero integrada, todo en un solo rollo. Menos cosas que buscar y menos excusas para mancharlo todo XD El papel se despliega fácilmente y cubre bien las superficies, mientras que la cinta adhesiva se fija correctamente sin despegarse a mitad del trabajo ni dejar residuos al retirarla. Lo hemos usado en paredes, marcos y rodapiés, y ha cumplido perfectamente su función. En resumen, lo recomiendo!
