This mouth piece really works!
I've been on the lookout for a snoring mouthpiece that is specifically for women. I've tried a couple of others but they were too big for me. I like that this one fits custom to your teeth. That makes it more comfortable than others I've tried. The first few nights my mouth was sore. But at the end of the first week, it felt a lot better and I was used to sleeping with it. My snoring was significantly less. I even downloaded a snoring app to see the results for myself. I went from 36% snoring to 3%. As a woman, I've always been self-conscious about my snoring. Now, thanks to VitalSleep, I don't have to worry about it. I'd definitely recommend this to any woman struggling with snoring.

Very uncomfortable, lots of drooling
I was hopeful when I ordered this product. I had hoped it would be the ideal travel device in lieu of more expensive ones. I followed the directions and fit it to my mouth. It felt tight but ok, not unlike mouth guards for martial arts like I had used before. My first night, I made it about two hours and took them out. While I don't think I was snoring, my jaw started to ache. The next night, I tried to keep them in longer. My lower jaw hurt even more and it felt like one of my teeth was more painful than the other. Then, on the third night, I woke up in a puddle of drool, jaw still hurting and I realized I had wasted $60. It didn't work for me and I don't think I'm going to try any further. Lesson learned. Also, I'll share two more things. The little arrow for orientation is damn near impossible to find in the dark and I wonder if the lack of a tongue brace like other brands is part of the problem. I wish I had better luck with it.

Not for me, but it could work for you.
Update: I did not expect this and I did not request for a refund. But the seller responded to my review and gave a refund on my purchase. As mentioned in my original review, this product wasn't for me. However, if the seller's 60 days money back guarantee is honored why wouldn't anyone give it a try. Apparently there are many who are satisfied with the product. Although it didn't work out for me, I would recommend anyone looking for snore solution to give this one a chance. I am changing my rate to a higher rate. I got this in the hopes to ditch my cpap machine. I tried to use it as much as I could. But I am dumping this product. I don't know if it helped me or not, cause I could not verify with anyone while I was a sleep. But this thing hurts my jaws so bad, I can't use it two days in a row. I guess in order to open my airway, it has to widen my jaws while I sleep. But jaw hurting is not bearable. Also, it keeps your mouth somewhat open, and you will end up drooling. Can't verify if that happens to all, but I can say it is messy. Don't know if I will ask for a money back, but I am not using this again.

Worked on the first night
I have very bad allergies and when I get any sort of sinus illness, I know I can wake up the neighbors! Definitely worth the money, although it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep with. it feels like it is half out of your mouth the whole time. Plus I am partially paralyzed on one side of my mouth from a stroke so the "slurping" is now the issue or drool on my face. Not gonna hold it against the product, those are my devils to deal with. So if you want to sound like Shelly on South Park, go ahead. Maybe you won't but uncomfortably of it is the reason for the 4 star. But it does work on snoring

This is smaller than the standard one-size-fits-all
When forming this to your bite/mouth, you have to bite on the small ridge in the middle of the blue part, not closer to the white edge. Otherwise it won't work. This unit changed my life. It's even a little big for my smallish mouth, (so the one-sizers are way too huge for me). But it keeps me from not breathing while sleeping. I don't have the problem of it slipping out if I'm on my back, but I bought a cheap chin strap just in case. It is so worth it to not have to use a cpap machine, which I cannot comply with. My condition is mild, so I can't get the implant either. This has been the perfect solution for me. I'm also a person who grinds their teeth, but at this time I can't say how long this unit lasts, as I've only had it a little over a week.
