My wife mill einkorn wheat with this attachment. It will over heat your mixer it you don’t take it easy. We have to run our grain through twice to get it fine enough but this is an economical grinder that can do the little task we need it for. Take it easy and keep your expectations realistic and you’ll appreciate this grind for what it can do.

I have purchased two of these mill attachments. They have only lasted 6 months before breaking. I believe due to the plastic parts on the inside. I don't recommend this product.

We use it to mill rye flour. After one pass the rye was still a bit coarse, but if you run it through the machine again it becomes very fine! 4.5 Stars!

I use a standalone mill, but this is useful to supplement it or as a backup. This doesn't have the throughput needed for most people's baking needs. Maybe a slight upgrade over a hand cranked mill. Still, it is durable and easy to keep clean. Recommended for those who will not buy a standalone mill (mockmill).

I've used this once. It worked very well.

The auger is not very straight so it does not create a consistent grind. If you don’t mind a courser grind then it’s probably okay, but I think there are probably better options out there.

Doesn’t grind really fine like described in the product description. On the finest setting it’s still comes out gritty.
