This is a MUST HAVE for anyone’s emergency kit. It works great! The light is bright and the speakers are clear and the charge holds for a very long time. It charges my phone easily. Great Buy!!!

I really like this radio

This weather radio does what it needs to and then some. In hurricane season, finding out whats going on during a storm can be difficult if the power is out, but even when not in a bit of trouble, this radio makes for a decent thing to have if you're spending the day chilling outdoors. The battery tends to hold onto it's charge, even when it hasn't been used for a month or two, and if it runs down, you have a hand crank, a solar panel, and a USB plug in to charge it. The national weather service station is easy to find in among the lower band FM stations, and it picks up stations a good distance away when the signal isn't obstructed by a building.

The plastic holding the handle was broken during shipment and the item arrived broken. However, the radio works exactly as described.

Recently moved to Florida. I was trying to get a hurricane pack ready. This is the perfect light an emergency charging box. It charges very well quickly hold the charge. All stored for that hurricane preparedness pack would definitely buy again considering buying a couple more just to have on hand to be on the safe side also ordered one and sent to my son for him to keep at his house. It was durable and great quality. Works great light is bright and strong holds charge for a long time.

When it was delivered, it had no charge at all. I cannot for the life of me get the thing to charge !! Sad....I was so excited to order this..but its been a big let down.

This radio is awesome! I got it for my Dad for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He works outside a lot and doesn't always have access to electricity and this works perfect. He said he hasn't charged it with electricity yet and has only ever left it on the windowsill so the solar charging definitely works. I forgot to ask if he tried to use the crank yet but I'm assuming it works. He hasn't had any trouble getting stations to come in since it has a little antenna. Every time I'm around when he's using it it's always very clear. It also sounds like a bigger radio too. Many times smaller radios sound small or they don't have the best quality of sound but that's not the case with this one. Definitely a great buy!!

Very costly for the product. Handle is too fragile for the weight, mine broke on 2nd day itself

I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s smaller than I imagined it would be but it’s solidly built. The radio tunes in well although the sound is a bit tinny…no complaints though. The wind-up mechanism is smooth and the lights are quite powerful. The emergency function works perfectly well and the compass is a nice add on. All round, I’d be happy to recommend this and if there are lengthy power cuts, this will definitely come in extremely handy.
