Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought product because it's compatibility with DeWalts batteries and price. Ease of use: Simple and very light. Mostly use to blow dust from underneath furniture in house, garage and terrace. Plug in battery and start working. Works well: For its price and compatibility with the batteries, which I use in other products, this is a great tool. It's powerfull enough for small projects. Battery drains quick so had to upgrade my batteries for more capacity which makes it a little heavier but manageable since product is lightweight. When batteries are close to drain, it shuts down constantly. At one moment thought it got broken but a change of battery resolved the problem. However, I would not recommend for a full yard work. It is fine for blowing normal falling leaves and dust on floors and sidewalks.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This blower is light and just powerful enough to take care of the annoying debris around our front door and driveway. Makes it very convienent to clean up the area without having to get out a power corded heavy blower when that is not needed. Uses the batteries I already had for my Dewalt power tools. 8 amp batteries last about 30 minutes when using full power on the blower, but with two batteries that is enough to do a big area. With a battery attached, this blower stands by itself on the floor without needing a hook to hant it on. Convienent.

This is a nice little blower with surprisingly good airflow for the size of the unit. For moving large piles of leaves it can’t compete with the full size units, but it does quite well for smaller jobs, and the compact size makes it easy to handle and store. I use it primarily to blow small debris out of my covered parking spot, and also to blow water off the grilles and wheels of my car after I wash it. It’s a little slow to spool up to speed, so it’s better to keep it running versus turning it off for brief periods, but other than that minor complaint, it is a great little tool to have for smaller blowing tasks and I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this for the intent of blowing saw dust off my saws ( table, band and skill saw, etc.) and using only porch to blow leaves off. This blower does not stay running. Runs for about 30 seconds before shutting off, you have to let go of trigger and start again. Says comparable with dewalt batteries. It is, but is probably running my battery. The battery is hard to get on and off, and gets extremely hot. Would rather pull out my full size blower and use to get job done then have to start and stop every 30 seconds. will end up in trash or goodwill
