Poor product, Poor Customer service, Do Not Buy
This product, manufacturer, brand and especially customer service is extremely unhelpful. Product is poorly made. If you ever bought this product and it didn't work as advertised, customer service will make it impossible to return it back to them. They will keep repeating same directives and won't try to understand the issue. They want people to be tech savvy and act as their technicians to find the problem. They would ask for ridiculous amount of evidence by recording hours long videos while you are trying to fix the issue with the product. I went through hell and back with their customer service in order to send a food warmer back to them. They would not send a return box. I had to pay $65 to buy a box from UPS that could fit the long food warmer which was oddly sized. Be aware before you buy a product made by this manufacturer. If it ever goes bad or stop working, you are in for a long haul to fight with customer support to return the product back to them.

Stay away
Worst warmer. Heating element went bad in the first year twice. They replaced the first one. Second went bad at 13th month. No replacement and you can't purchase parts. Worst company and product. Stay away!!

Hot food service in a small footprint. (IF you have one that doesn’t leak)
Well packaged and easy to assemble. (My kit didn't come with tongs but I have lots). On first use it leaked all the water out from behind the control panel. I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement unit, with instructions to send back the original. Replacement unit was different model. Sent back the replacement unit. I contacted the manufacturer (Vevor) on how to proceed as I bought a multi year warranty. It’s days later and I am still waiting on an email or phone call after a brief online chat with a CSR.

Leaky but saved the day
There was a leak on the left side of the warmer due to bad welding. Other than that, the warmer was able to keep event food nice and ready. Just need to find someone who can weld the leak. Not bad for the price.

Table leaking at the seams.
The table is leaking water at the seams. Unusable. unfortunately, we are set up 100 miles from home. Very disappointed. A total disaster.

Don't buy these items, it is terrible. I bought 2 for my business, both broke within one month
