Why did you choose this product over others?: Very easy set up and having the solar power was a bonus Connectivity: Not having to run any cables and no holes to drill through the wall made this an obvious choice. Time will tell regarding battery life through the winter

Excellent cameras for an local based system in areas where you have wifi but no power. Have never had the batteries show less than 98%, even on very dark cloudy days.

Incredibly easy to install and use right out of the box. I intend to purchase more equipment for this system. I recommend this.

Bought this camera from a recommendation. If you are a security camera tech then it will be easy to set up / use. If you are not a security camera tech/ tech it is very frustrating to set up and use no user guide on “how to”. I bought it thinking it was the one that tracks - but it does not. Reolink - please be more “Sony like” in terms of usability.

I left my review until I had had these a couple of months.the battery life in this is absolutely shocking first time I had it up I had about a month and a half before it had to charge it so before I put it back up I changed the setting to the least motion etc to gain better battery life the battery lasted round about 2 and a half to 3 weeks I had ring cameras before this they came with a battery you swap the battery this you need a Alan key to take it down it's a case of constantly up and down the ladder charging it and I even bought the solar panel kit that came with this aswell and that's not very good ether I think this is ok if your maybe putting them in a shop so easy to charge but as of outside up and down double ladders to charge it na I've still got 1 left I was going to put up the front but wanted to test the other 2 first

Very good product but not all features are obvious for the user; a user's manual would have been welcome or at least a link to such documentation (a permanent link, not a temporary one !). The website is too complicated and access, if any, to such documentation is obscure.

SAV très efficace, il y avait un problème de PTZ sur su axe sur une caméra. Après plusieurs re paramétrage en lien avec le SAV via messagerie le problème persistait. Ils m'ont proposé de renvoyer la caméra en échange d'une caméra neuve. L'opération a été rapide et sans frais pour moi. Par contre il vaut mieux avoir un bon niveau technique pour effectuer les manipulations demandées par le SAV. En ce qui concerne les caméras, l'image est de bonne qualité et le PTZ fonctionne bien sur une large plage de mouvement. Le panneau solaire semble efficace pour recharger la batterie je suis passé de 50% à 100% en 2 jours malgré un ensoleillement très moyen. Le problème principal est la qualité de la liaison entre les caméras et le hub pour que cela fonctionne bien il faut que les caméras soient vraiment proche du hub et malgré cela certains enregistrements sont mal effectués. Pour le logiciel (téléphone ou PC) il n'est pas possible d'effacer une vidéo on peut uniquement formater la carte SD donc tout effacer. Les 5 étoiles sont justifiées par la qualité du SAV
