The quality of this product is pretty low. Some of the screws would not go into the pre-drilled holes. The screw heads strip easily so you have to be very careful when putting them in. The swivel on this chair is very difficult to swivel, it does not move easily. The base of the swivel is made of plastic, not metal as I would have thought. And that plastic ring sits directly on the floor. No feet to protect the floor. I would have thought for $250 I would have gotten a better quality chair. The vibration for the massage is rather strange also. I would just say this is a very low quality chair for the money. Would I buy it again? No. Should I return it, probably, but I think it would be a huge hassle to try to send it back. I am just not happy with the quality of this chair at all. But it is what it is. I just want other consumers to know that this is not a good quality.

I purchased this chair so that my husband could have a recliner in our sitting area attached to our kitchen. He says it is very comfortable and likes being able to adjust the foot rest/ ottoman to fit his long legs. One thing to note, the “wood” base is a very red orange color, almost rust Do not like the massage feature, rattles your teeth

UPDATE: they contacted me after review and offed a small partial refund. I must say that is great customer service. So Good on them for doing what they can. Chair has wore out quickly and given horrible back pain and it's extremely noisy even after using wd40. But the expensive one of you care about your back

Nice chair for a smaller adult. Assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. If reclining is difficult loosen back bolts slightly. Lubrication is needed on the moving mechanisms under the seat too. Connecting the seat to the back is not shown in the assembly.
