Started doing slimming world diet online and these scales are brilliant. So accurate.

Damn good tool to know weight, different fat, bone, water content etc
Would be 5 star if we didn't need to use phone to see the scan information on fat content etc. Have been on diet strict calorie intake and knowing if in eating enough protein, how my fat content, % subcutaneous fat, visceral fat %, muscle mass, skeletal muscle, bone density etc etc been great to know and im down almost 18kg in 2 months so this has been great to give me regular feedback. Multiple phones with app can have thier own profiles for family etc.
