More than an air fryer - bakes, roasts, grills... From Tofu to Tater Tots. Low Calorie Cooking.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine. I didn't think I would - but I do. I don't like owning a lot of kitchen devices as I have a small kitchen. Additionally, I think people often buy the newest fad and then the machine doesn't get used. I limit myself to the bare necessities in kitchen appliances. I researched this before purchasing and figure I could return it if it didn't perform well. This design is totally different from other air fryers. I purchased an air fryer for a friend and while the thing worked it was bulky and I couldn't figure out how one could actually clean the thing out. I think the oil and debris must accumulate or the high temps sanitizes the machine. I never wanted to own one until I saw how Ninja turned the traditional air fryer design upside down. Unlike all the other air fryers, this design it so very easy to clean because the cooking element of the sits on top of the glass containers. The bowls can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator. Not sure if they are safe for microwave or not. This is so more than an air fryer as it bakes, roasts, grills, etc. Ninja doesn't advertise the machine as a low calorie way to cook but it should. Any fats from the meat one cooks or oils added to the food ends up at the bottom of the container. Saves lots of calories when using the grill function. The two glass dishes are incredibly easy to clean. One would think with the high temperatures that food would bake on and be difficult to remove. It isn't. This glass is somehow different and cleaning is easy and simple. Mostly just with soapy water and a sponge unless especially dirty then scrubber side of the sponge might be needed. Cooking has been so very easy. Since it take relative little time to cook say chicken thighs (10 min), I can cook them and then cook some vegetables (5 min) without the meats getting cold. Or I've been able to partially cook some baby potatoes and then stack chicken on top and finish cooking both together. I've cooked everything from tater tots to marinated tofu and everything has turned out great. As with everything there is a learning curve in determining how long to cook something. When cooked correctly chicken thighs have turned out crispy on the outside while still moist. I cook marinated tofu to be used as either a high protein snack or to be later added to a stir fry. Believe it or not my dog absolutely loves the tofu I have been making in this Ninja. I mean she LOVES it. I have been using this machine several times a week which is highly unusual for my don't-really-like-to-cook cooking style. The smaller bowl is the right size for one to two people, while the larger bowl is sized for larger portions. With the larger bowl I was able to cook two Cornish Hens. Their picture showing it cooking a whole chicken is wishful thinking IMO. I don't think possible unless that is a very small chicken. I find grilled vegetables come out great, as do baked potatoes and roasted mini potatoes. Grilled eggplant and peppers have been very tasty. I have attempted a sort of stir fry but since vegetables require different cooking times I found that sequencing the vegetables too time consuming. No fault of the machine as I was asking it to do something it was not designed to do. I tried their tater tot recipe and it was pretty good. I keep trying to create new ways to use this machine and know I have not yet explored its limits. Sometimes if I put too much food into the smaller bowl I will get foods slightly stuck onto the heating element. But never had any problem removing that food. I have not tried baking cakes or anything of that sort but plan to try sometime. This is one of the most versatile machine I have come across and the reason I would buy it again. I've started to enjoy cooking again due to this little machine.

Faster than the oven for quick kids' snacks, easy cleanup, and perfect pantry storage!
Performance & Everyday Use: This appliance has become my absolute go-to for making quick snacks for my child and the neighborhood kids who frequently come over to play. It cooks incredibly fast and crisps food beautifully, performing much better than our standard traditional oven. One of my favorite features is the clear glass container; it makes it incredibly easy to keep an eye on the food while it cooks so I never have to worry about accidentally burning anything. Design, Space & Cleanup: Cleanup is an absolute breeze since the container is completely dishwasher safe. It also has an incredibly smart, compact footprint. It does not take up much counter space at all. I personally store mine right in our pantry, and because it is lightweight and well-designed, it is effortless to pull out when the kids are hungry and slide right back away when finished. Room for Improvement: If I could change one thing, it would be the interior rack material. I would much prefer it to be made of stainless steel instead of having a non-stick coating, as I prefer to avoid unnecessary chemicals in our household cookware. Pros: -Crisps much faster and more evenly than a conventional oven -Glass container allows you to monitor cooking without letting heat out -Dishwasher-safe parts make cleanup effortless -Compact size is perfect for pantry storage Cons: Internal rack utilizes a non-stick coating rather than stainless steel Pictured: Frozen snack being cooked and completed zucchini cubes, both turned out great!

A Shorty's must have!!!!
Works great. The size is awesome. I can pick up the top with one hand. I had trouble picking up the lid with my instapot 14 n 1. And this ninja takes up less space. I keep my instapot in another area now. Keep my ninja crispi in my cupboard!!!! It all fits in one of the three shelves in my upper kitchen cupboard! Game changer for me. I have used it everyday since I bought it. I made some jackfruit inspired birria slash fajitas in it. It crisps better than my instapot. Easy to clean. Performance is on point. Shockingly a chicken can fit! Lol. Cool kitchen helper. And, my.son in law got one for work. He's a pinball guy and is mobile all day for work delivering and fixing pinball machines. He can literally use this on the go. So I got one for how compact the ninja crispi is. I am so short that I would always burn my for arms on the instapot. I am so happy! No more burns!!!!! Cooks everything so well. Be sure to test out how crispy you want things. It can literally cook in just a few minutes if you make hashbrowns. Cutting crispy cooking time in half! The recipe book is great. Has good stuff and tips. No more oil. Glass doesn't stick. Overall so worth it.

Keep your counter space, benefit from an air fryer
Did I want another appliance taking up space in my cabinets? I did not. Do I love this thing? Yes, I do. What I like: that it heats up food quickly and crisply, that it doesn't take up space on my counter like a toaster oven, that it can be thrown in the dishwasher. What I don't like: even the large container would be small for more than one or two people, even the "lowest" temperature setting sometimes over-crisps food before heating it through, that it can't do one or two cookies like a toaster oven. That said, with limited counter space I'd choose it over a toaster oven or traditional air fryer every time. It excels at heating up most things I need it for, including crisping vegetables, breaded chicken, warming egg bites, crisping the outside of a frozen burrito. Having previously relied on a counter-top toaster oven, it can accomplish most tasks that the countertop one can, with easier clean up and less monopolization of counter-space. Like I said, it does not bake well, so cookies, pastries, scones, rolls must be done in the "big oven." I thought I would use the lids more for storing food, but turns out throw them in the dishwasher so I can use the pans again and transfer any leftovers to separate tupperware.

Great time saver.
Where has this been all my life!!!! I resisted the whole Air Fryer trend during the Pandemic because I did not see a need and the last thing I needed was some huge thing taking up room that I cant cook a full meal in. The Ninja Crispi will not go the way of the Crockpot, novelty wore off and I can make food faster and better in the Tagine. My husband and I have different diets, Im keto/carnivore and my husband is an omnivore, the Crispi has solved the issue of my food getting cold while I wait for his sides to cook, made cleaning the kitchen after dinner a breeze, and if he doesnt eat it all, the glass containers can be put in the fridge, they come with lids. It does come with a temp guide and recipe book, but depending on what you are cooking its not always accurate. Frozen chips come out great if you pre heat on recrisp, bake for 10min, and Max Crisp for 10, with a liner and removing the crispi tray, frozen veg comes out crisp and not soggy, add olive oil and spices and its almost as good as stir fry without a pan to clean-5min on airfry, 5-8 on max crisp. You have several temp options to choose from. The only thing it falls down on is large pieces of meat, dont use this for a T-bone, its ok but not as tender as I like it and it takes just as long as the roaster in my oven. Chicken is ok, but you can only do 3-4 thighs at a time, easier to oven bake 15 at a time. Fish again ok, to me the salmon I tried to cook was a little too dry for my taste and again I could only cook 2 small pieces. Burgers do well, I can cook one large one for my meal and not need to babysit it, freeing me up to cook my husbands dinner. Sausages and bacon also does well on bake and then airfry, you do need to lift the lid and check to prevent over cooking. I highley recommend buying a splatter screen for the heating element, because unless you want to get a screw driver and take the top apart its impossible to clean. Over all I recommend the Ninja Crispi as a time saver for everyday side dishes, if you have different diet needs, you are a vegitarian/vegan, and if you are only cooking for one. Pros: Glass bowls no basket, easy to clean and store. The top fits on top of the glass bowls so it wont take up all of the counter real estate, works well for reheating leftovers, multiple temps to choose from, works well for having sides come out with the meat, works great for single keto cooking, reduces the amount of pots and pans in the dishwasher, you can hand wash the bowls or buy paper liners and toss them in the trash. Cons: No good for cooking large quantities, or large portions/sizes of meat, fish, chicken, pork. Top is difficult to clean splatters and you need to purchase a splatter guard if baked in grease bothers you. You will need to keep an eye on frozen potatoes, veg, cheese sticks and fish, and you will need to finese the the temps to prevent over cooking.

Works Well, But Limited Capacity and Temperature Control
We were excited to try the Ninja Crispi Glass Air Fryer, and overall it has worked well. The glass containers are a nice feature since they’re PFAS-free, easy to clean, and let us see the food while it’s cooking. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the compact design makes it easy to store if needed, we like to leave it on our counter because it looks cooler than a normal air fryer. The reason we’re giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s smaller than we expected. It doesn’t hold nearly as much food as our previous air fryer (height wise). We also wish it allowed you to set a specific cooking temperature. Instead of choosing an exact degree like most air fryers, you’re limited to the preset settings, which takes away some of the flexibility when following recipes. And if you peel the sticker off the top it doesn’t show you the temperature ranges on the display. Only the time is on the display. Overall, it’s a solid air fryer with great cooking performance, but if you regularly cook larger meals or prefer precise temperature control, those limitations are worth considering.

The Ads are true and not Exaggerated
This is great. I bought an air fryer way back when they first came out. Everything came out soggy or dried out ... awful. I gave it away within 2 weeks of trying. I've been eyeing this one for quite a while. It works as advertised. You can get crispy and browned food without drying out or getting soggy and with the different settings, you have a ton of options. Counter space footprint is minimal and ... worth it. I did get a storage carry case made for it, but honestly, I'm using it so much, I made a permanent spot for it on my counter. Clean up is absolutely a breeze just like the ads say. It is easy to use, clear, simple controls, multiple cooking settings that are not confusing and a basic instruction/recipe booklet to get you started. No noticeable odors even with the salmon and sound (a light mechanical hum) is minimal ... perhaps the same as a microwave or less. 2 sizes of dishes that can hold multiple types of items at the same time. Food ... frozen things like wings, fries, tater tots, mozzerella sticks, spring rolls, etc have come out perfect. I'm learning what times and setting work best for me. The booklet suggestions are a good start. Fresh potatoes, I cut and cubed, and tossed in olive oil, for home fries turned out better than if I'd skillet fried them. Sausage patties browned up nicely, a pre-made sausage and biscuit was better than microwaved (I separated the sausage from the biscuit and buttered the biscuit tops & bottoms and took the biscuit out sooner). Perfectly lightly toasted and not dry). I vacuum seal and freeze alot of meat. A salmon fillet, straight from the freezer, seasoned and sprayed with butter while cooking was delicious. Brussel sprouts are next on my list. All of this, in under 30 min., no splatter, and only one glass container to wash. That it incredibly hard to beat. I'm glad I finally decided to try this air fryer out after bad experiences with other types.

Functional, and realistic for actual use
As a mom, one of my goals is teaching my teenager independent living skills, especially when it comes to preparing simple, healthy meals. That’s one of the main reasons I bought the Ninja Crispi, and it has honestly been such a great addition to our home. This fryer makes cooking feel less intimidating and much more manageable for teens. At home, we prep meals ahead of time by portioning and marinating proteins and vegetables, and when it’s time to cook, my teenager can simply place everything into the fryer and have dinner ready in minutes. It’s quick, easy, and doesn’t leave a huge mess in the kitchen. What I appreciate most is the confidence it has given my teenager in the kitchen. Instead of relying on takeout or processed food, they’re learning how to prepare real meals on their own. The feedback at home has been very positive because everyone enjoys how convenient and practical it is for busy evenings. I also love that the containers can be used to store leftovers, which helps keep everything organized and saves time during the week. The only thing to keep in mind is that certain foods, especially meats, can dry out a little because there’s no exact temperature control. Since the heating element is on the top lid, you do need to turn foods occasionally for more even cooking. Overall, this has been a very helpful appliance for our family. It’s practical, beginner-friendly, and a great tool for teaching teens important independent living skills while making everyday dinners easier for everyone.

Fácil de utilizar y almacenar
Decidí comprar este modelo por los 3 tipos de refractarios y el color está bonito. Estaba un poco preocupada de que fuera a tronar el vidrio pero hasta el momento todo ha salido bien
