An essential solution to a part of your problem.
If you're buying this, have you ever been up in your attic? Most home builders do not put insulation over the garage, because it isn't considered 'livable space', so they don't HAVE to. You want to be able to dink around the garage in December, but it is too cold. Check your attic insulation FIRST. Secondly, and cheaper, can you see light shining through your garage door while in a dark garage during mid-day? Seal the edges with some rubber edging. The door to your attic crawl space in your garage. Did you seal THAT with bulb weatherstripping? Is there fiberglass or rockwool on top of that stupid door you have to push up to go up there? If you've done all of this, ok, NOW consider this product. And only NOW will you see the true fruit of your effort. Cold air is sneaky. There is no one-product-to-fix-it solution. Even insulated stress mats to stand on while on the woodlathe are needed. Electric heaters help, breaker-allowing. Attaching your central HVAC to the garage helps. Equalizing your house temp to garage helps right before the action. Shut the door to the house before you start making dust though. This door insulation is only a (sizeable) piece of your larger puzzle. It works, but only if you're helping it work. It isn't the single savior to being able to drink your beer and do nothing in the garage as you look at the car. The installation and effectiveness of insulation and heat loss is a skill. That is why they go to school for this sort of thing. This insulation is an educated step, but so is the group of things you need to do for it to make a massive difference that you are expecting. When it all comes together, you'll be happy you did it. 'Livable space', lol. I'll live in my garage, comfortably.

Not impressed
It doesn’t regulate the temperature in the garage. I thought it would make a difference but it gets up to 103 degrees inside and the highest temperature we get out side is 105 degrees.
