Lovely, high quality flour.
It's nice to know that the flour is grown and milled by the same family and has a limited amount of additives in it. You can taste and see the difference. Lovely flour, reliable quality that retains it's rising agent for ages. I will buy it again again as my quality of bakes has improved with their flours-I got one (spelt), went back for 4 other types, all equally good. It's great to know it's unlikely you'll run out any time soon. As a side note one of their labels is now forming part of a school display about "farm to fork" to do with food traceability. Child was the only one in their class that was able to say that they knew who made their food and where their food product. "This man's family grew and ground it up at their house and sells it to mummy to make pancakes with".

Good quality.
I was a bit apprehensive ordering flour on line but I was delighted when I received my order. The quality was very good, I canโt fault it and I would consider ordering again. Stupidly I didnโt order plain flour at the same time, mainly because I wasnโt sure of the quality but after receiving my order and seeing how good it was, I tried to order plain flour but it was sold out. I think it was well worth the money.

Fabulous Flour
Absolutely love this flour. Bought it during the Covid 19 lockdown to ensure both myself and my mother had a plentiful supply. We both adore it, best self raising flour I have ever used. Whilst this is out of stock on Amazon I have bought further supplies via another online outlet and will continue to use this flour in future. Makes wonderful pastries, cakes and scones, can't fault it.

Great for most home baking.
Was delivered on time. Very well packed flour well protected but not excessive packaging. The flour was expensive but as organic there are no pesticides in it. Lovely flour ideal for cakes and biscuits batters and sauces. I donโt think it would be suitable for bread.

value for money
I ordered this because of the lack of flour in the shops. I divided it between three of us my daughter, daughter in law and myself as we are all keen bakers. My granchildren have been making scones & cakes with it. Just what was need in a pandemic to keep them busy.

Different packaging, but still good
Unlike the pictures on the website, this flour was branded as "Middletons" and not "Matthews". However the flour was of a quality far better than anything we've used from the supermarkets recently and had an excellent best before date, so it had evidently been milled very recently. Would buy again.
