Purchased to help someone who has an overactive mind and going through a lot of daily stress at work coupled with grief (two deaths in family in one year) -- this particular someone has not been sleeping at all. Tried melatonin 20mcg, tried other melatonin supplements otc but when this person wakes up mid sleep, is unable to fall asleep entirely and stay awake till the morning. However, with my last attempt to help this person - i bought this drop. I followed the dosage recommended on the bottle and mix it with a warm drink (hot coco, or tea). the first night, this person slept all the way until 7:50am. no waking up mid-way through the night. there were a few disturbances that night (i had to get our dog to potty at 2am) and this person slept through the entire night. Second time, he slept all the way through from 10:45pm - 6:15am. One night, he did not take it - and he was awake by 4am. This drop works on him. He has been sleeping continuously for a good 8 hours. His mood has improved slightly since he has been sleeping enough. Love that this drop is not only a melatonin, but a mix of L-Thiannine, magnesium, and melatonin. It helps me get good night's sleep

This stuff is so good. Melatonin doesn't really wotk for me unless its more than 10mg. But, this helps about an hour before bed just just help me wind down after super busy days. Helps if you have anxious or stress tendencies. Tastes yummy too.

This is one of the best bedtime and melatonin supplements I have ever used. I have struggled with anxiety and insomnia for years, making it difficult for me to fall asleep. I’ve tried numerous strategies and various melatonin supplements, and while I've learned to manage my sleep issues over time, this has been the most effective supplement for me when sleeping becomes an issue. I start to feel its effects in just 20 to 30 minutes. It's effective without an excessive amount of melatonin. The only downside is that it makes me feel drowsy in the morning when I first wake up. However, that drowsiness doesn't linger long if I get moving quickly.

So I have a son he has ADHD he doesn't want to take melatonin cuz he says he's a big boy so I use this and I put it in his sleepy water we call it sleepy water and he goes to sleep great and he has easy sleep and feels better in the morning

Easy to measure. I squeeze it into a 1/4 cup jigger glass with water. It does not have any bad flavor & it definitely helps me sleep.

Didn't help with sleep

Definitely works, doesn't taste all that great.
