Works as described, box damaged on delivery
Sadly the Amazon box had been ripped open and repaired by the Royal Mail guys I assume, with gaffer tape. Luckily the jug inside was also boxed and works as expected. I like the fact the filter lasts a year and just stops working when it needs to be replaced.

LEAKY CONTAINER
The bottom of the pitcher started leaking at the seams after 4 months. Water tastes great, just wish the container was built better :/

Get What You Pay For
Well built pitcher/purifier means all the seals are tight, leak proof, and well built components. Patience is a virtue as this product will take a bit longer than many of the cheaper leakier (around the seals) competition vessels do. That's because the two stage filters are doing their job very well so I can have confidence that what comes out the other end is an uncompromised pure water product. The independent testing as advertised is par excellence compared to other leading brands. Delicious tasting purified water. Can't beat that. Worth the investment.
