I recently switched to HOFFMAN Cold Pressed Avocado Oil, and I'm impressed with the quality. The main reason for the change of beans is because it’s cold-pressed. The oil is 100% pure, unrefined and has a neutral taste. As a fitness professional, I am very particular about how much oil gets into my system and how much. With this avocado spray can I get both?
