Love the pumpkin look and sounds amazing. Thank you Caramel
It came well protected and boxed. The setup was super easy on tuning. Worth the money with the extra discount. Fun to play. There is no sharp fret ends on my ukulele. Well made. Well padded gig bag

Very classy!
Now, this is the classiest little ukulele I have ever seen. I love the beveling for the armrest and cut away. The shape is very elegant, sleek, inviting and comfortable to use. Caramel, I would love to see this shape done more often on your ukes! Two thumbs up! The finish is gorgeous and easily the most flawless, smooth gloss I've ever seen on a caramel. The instrument feels very sturdy and well made. I love the wood combo. Just gorgeous. And she plays like silk! The strings are just so beautifully balanced and smooth to strum. She has a velvety tone, compared with my other ukes, nice resonance, a bit of a quieter sound, and definitely a pro quality, even sound. I hope I can save up enough to buy the boccotte one from this set, before they start raising the price lol. Accessories are pretty typical for caramel. If you've bought others from them, you've already got more accessories than you need lol. I'm not going to go into those. I like the new gig bag style better though, then the others they've sent. But it does not have a pocket, so keep that in mind. Last thing I wanted to mention is that I live in an exceptionally cold area and had this shipped in the middle of december, during a deep freeze. I was a little concerned about the headstock being damaged if the strings got too tight from the cold. But caramel had slackened the strings plenty, so it arrived safely. I was very please and relieved. In closing, this was a big gold star, caramel! I'd love to see more designs like this one. She is a work of art and my new favorite uke. Previously, I had ordered myself the spalted maple and the koi ebony tenor ukuleles from caramel. I was honestly a little disappointed by the aesthetics of both. This new model more than makes up!

Comfortable and attractive, sounds nice
Seems excellent and stylish for the relatively low price point, I reach for this instrument quite frequently for soft jamming in the living room and trying out ideas. The supplied strings are not holding up very well so be prepared to replace them soon, but that's no big deal - you may have a different type that you would prefer anyway. (I'm a fan of the Aquila Red Ukulele Strings, consider them when you are ready for a change.) Tuner is convenient and works well, and the preamp has controls that will allow you to dial in a sound you like if you are plugging in.

A whimsical well made electric tenor ukulele!
I bought this on a whim as it came up with a great coupon offer and I am very happy with it!! It is very well made! It has a few quirky things in relation to the design like higher sides on the body by the lower fretboard but it is not an issue at all in playing it! It is quality all the way! The wood is beautiful and beautifully finished! The bridge is great too and adds whimsy to the design. It has a built in tuner and equalizer and came with an amp chord. It also has a nice gig bag with a big rectangular shape and zippered side pocket. Caramel is an American company with a small hands on quality standard and it shows! This really fun and UNIQUE tenor ukulele that I love adding to my concerts and enjoy playing!

Overall I'm happy. It's not perfect, but pretty nice.
It sounds beautiful. The strap is very soft to the touch and feels great. The ukulele is a nice size for my big hands. Very light and easy to hold. The case has a pocket by the handles and has flexible padding so it's not hard protection. Decent built-in tuner and after 10 tunings it's starting to stay in tune. Minus 1 star: The body of the ukulele has some very minor imperfections (including a *tiny* gap on a glue joint for the cutout where the wood likely chipped and didn't quite fill with glue). There's a white dust that's speckled on the body and some is hard to wipe off. The E string has an extrusion defect which doesn't leave me feeling confident that string will last long (but included is a backup). The manual is pretty generic and I feel doesn't actually make sense. You get what they try to say but what's written down is opposite to their point (it literally says to not leave in an air conditioned room. Which I feel is opposite to what their really trying to say). All in all, I feel like this isn't the "best of the best" but I'm overall happy with it and I'll keep it. It looks really nice once you stand back a couple feet. Hopefully I get the last few specks off.

Pumpkin
I used to play a lot of guitar and mandolin, but these days I can't play for long before my fingers start to hurt, so I thought I'd pick up a ukulele to build up my fingers again. So I bought this pumpkin one on a whim, and I actually really like it! I used to have a soprano uke some years ago, and I wanted to try the tenor for a little deeper and mellow sound, so this fit the bill nicely. It came with everything I would need - a gig bag, some picks, a strap, a pin puller (this model used pins instead of wrapped strings), a cable, extra batteries, extra set of strings, and a manual with instructions and tuning/chord chart. The strings it came with are pretty decent - they do take a couple days to relax and really hold tuning, but that's normal for nylon strings. When I first put this in my cart, I don't think I realized that the pumpkin design is actually carved into the wood, and not just a fancy stain job. When I got it, I was initially a little put off by it, but it's grown on me, because I kind of like unique items and I think maybe the extra wood actually helps mellow the tone. It's an orange color, but not so bright as to be off-putting. I haven't found any flaws in the body or the finish - it's a mat finish, and the edges are nicely rounded. The biggest issue with this model is that you will need to play with your fingers mostly over the sound hole or you risk hitting the raised wood with your fingers if you are used to playing closer to the neck. I've ordered some different strings for it because I really want to try it out with low G tuning. Overall, I'm quite happy with it. It's small enough to easily pick up and play whenever I have a break in my day.

Arrived in perfect condition and looks / plays beautifully
This review is for the Caramel TEG91 Cutaway Ebony Glossy Tenor Acoustic/Electric Ukulele. Previous reviews and photos have done a good job of describing the beauty, sound, and accessories that are packaged with the instrument so I will mention a couple of things that I haven't seen covered. My ukulele arrived about a week after ordering under the standard shipping protocol. It arrived in pristine condition with protective packaging, so I was quite happy about that. It's ready to play with batteries already installed and strings in place, you just need to tune frequently as strings are broken in. The case is a padded soft case with handles as well as backpack straps, and it has an additional front zipper pouch to hold your accessories. The enclosed instrument cable is 10 ft long, 90 degree end to straight. I have been playing this uke with my wireless transmitter plugged into my soundboard and everything sounds great. The beveled edge of the body makes playing very comfortable. I occasionally use a capo and it still sounds good with no fret buzz when capo is in place. The neck is nice and smooth so there is no snagging your fingers on the frets.
