**Q: What size is the X-large?**
A: It's like a 9-1/2 to 10.  I have a 9-1/2 foot size and wore them with ankle socks.  They fit perfect and loose enough, to adjust to my feet swelling as haloween night went on.

A: Go a size larger. Very stiff shoe. Okay for short term use.

**Q: If I wear a 7 1/2 should I get an 8?**
A: Hi there and good evening, I'd go for the 8. I happen to be a 7 shoe in most brands, and the 7 I ordered fits great but it's a snug fit. Anything thicker than hose or thin socks and it would be too tight of a shoe! So if you typically wear a 7.5, definitely opt for the 8. They're great shoes for a Dorothy costume!

I love these shoes! They were so much better than I expected when I bought them for my Dorothy costume. They are basically real shoes, not costume shoes that will fall apart immediately when you put them on. Of course, I didn't wear them for days, so I can't speak to long-term wear and tear, but really great for when I want to dress up!
