Why are alkaline batteries not suitable for alarm clocks?

Please use 1.5 V AA carbon batteries. Alkaline batteries and rechargeable batteries are prohibited as their voltage is more than 1.5 V, which can cause damage to the mechanical movement and lead to noise or inaccurate time readings.

Is the night light always on?

No, pressing the button turns on the night light, saving battery consumption.

How does the alarm clock sound?

The alarm clock changes from quiet to loud, from slow to fast, not suddenly loud, but wakes you up gradually.

How long does the snooze time last?

Wake up every five minutes, the snooze can last nine times, i.e. about 45 minutes
