I absolutely love this stuff! Spray it in my feet at night and put socks on. Within a few minutes my feet are pulsating and warming up and within 45 min I finally am falling asleep! And I’m asleep for most of the night. It’s incredible I’m a yo three times a night person and with this I’m too groggy to get up even if I do wake up. Last night I slept the whole night. The whole night! The last time I slept the whole night I had Covid! It is sticky, it does feel gross and god forbid you have a paper cut.. I’ve taken to using a nitrile glove to rub it in and I toss it. But it works for me and I’m so thankful and grateful!

Currently 7 months pregnant and have been sleeping so much better since I purchased this spray. I was waking up with thigh cramps at about the end of month 5. I was constantly having to switch sides. I purchased the spray which I felt didn’t work as quickly as I wanted it to but I noticed the difference when I stopped using it. I have now been consistent and I have almost no pain while I sleep. In the beginning it burned my thighs but I read that it was due to magnesium deficiency. I noticed once I was consistent, the burning stopped. I would recommend this product if you’re pregnant and having cramps at night.

I bought this magnesium oil to help with painful foot and leg cramps, both during the day and night. The majority of the time it eases the cramp within a couple of minutes. It is an oil, so is obviously greasy. The only issue is that my leg feels a bit sandy afterward, but maybe this is true if all magnesium oils. I travel with this small size. Love to support a family owned business.

Sprayed it on the bottom of my feet as directed and put on socks. It gave me a calming type of feeling and I did not wake up with any back pain. As far as sleep I did not put me to sleep but that may be because I’m so use to melatonin gummies. So far I def recommend for waking up without aches and pain.

I will admit I was skeptic about the efficacy of this product. I wasn’t sure if it worked or not because I used it at bedtime and went to sleep. Did it work or was I just tired? However I had what felt like a cramp behind my knee which made it difficult to walk and to bend my knee without pain. So I tried it in the afternoon and went about my normal activities which included vacuumming the floor. That’s when I realized that the pain was completely gone! And it hasn’t returned! It only took about 15 min or so. You have got to try it for yourselves, but I am a believer!
