While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

These worked perfectly and relieved any pain or cramping I had. They say they last eight hours, but for me, they lasted longer than that. I would highly recommend these. They are not only for menstrual pain. They can also be used for pain in your stomach due to digestive issues.
