THE NEW DESIGNED HINGES WITH BUTTERFLY CLOSURE ARE STURDY BUT YOU HAVE TO ADD YOUR OWN LOCKS TO LOCK THE CASE. NO TSA HINGES WITH LOCKS AS PREVIOUS MODEL. NO BIGGEE. THE CASE IS BIG. REAL BIG. TOO BIG FOR FLYING. I HAD MY NORMAL CLOTHING AND BOW WITH ARROWS AND IT WAS TOUGH TO GET DOWN TO 50 POUNDS SO I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CASH FOR OVER WIEGHT LUGGAGE. IT IS VERY ROOMY BUT NO SPECIFIC CAVITY OR SPACE FOR ARROWS. NOT A BIG FAN OF THE CASE BUT VERY STURDY AND WELL BUILT. I had to slightly bend the hasps to allow a tsa lock to fit. Plenty of room for a bow and two shotguns and the case comes with plenty of padding to keep everything safe. Finally found a great deal on Amazon.com on this SKB case. Case arrived in time to be packed with two compound bows and additional supplies for the long flight. Additional ATA locks were purchased to secure case. The airline had no problems with the case and didn't charge an extra fee. (Go SW Airlines).
