This bag was wonderful. The size was perfect, and the design was beautiful. I had to return the bag because one of the straps broke. I put in for an exchange, but still have not received the new bag. Other than that, the bag was perfect.

I bought for my husband, he liked because it keep the food cold a while. He loves me that it extra compartment on top to put like sandwiches, fruits or snacks.

I purchased this lunch bag for a weekend event where I needed to keep food cold for about 10 hours, and it exceeded my expectations! I used just one frozen water bottle and one ice pack, and my food stayed cold all day. What I love most about it is the layout. The double-deck design, multiple compartments, and extra pockets make it easy to organize everything. It holds much more than it looks like it would and I was able to fit a full day's worth of meals, snacks, drinks and utensils without feeling cramped. The bag itself looks nice, feels sturdy, and seems very well insulated. The fabric has a quality feel to it and the zippers have worked smoothly so far. My only complaints are minor. I wish some of the hardware was metal instead of plastic, as metal would make it feel even more premium. I also don't care for the shoulder strap. The brown strap looks a bit nicer in the photos than it does in person. Overall, those are small issues compared to how well this lunch bag performs. If you're looking for a roomy, well-organized lunch bag that actually keeps food cold for hours, I would definitely recommend it! ⭐️ Pros: Excellent insulation, lots of storage, roomy interior, attractive design, well-organized pockets. ⭐️ Cons: Plastic hardware and the shoulder strap could be nicer.
