Synthetic dyes
It's good, but it does contain synthetic dyes like Yellow #5, which i didn't realize when I bought it, so if that's something you're watching out for, might want to look elsewhere. If that doesn't matter to you, it's good for the price.

The taste I remember!
Squeeeeee! I was so excited to see this! It is that great cheesy taste I remember without any of the yucky ingredients like Maltodextrin! WHY? Why do manufacturers add all that stuff to our food? The ingredients list for this cheese powder is very short just the way I like it. But it packs a punch of cheesy goodness - can you say cheesy ramen? It only adds 30 calories per tablespoon so you get cheese flavor and creaminess without adding the extra fat. This powder differs from the typical macNcheese powders in that it is not LOADED with salt. Just enough to taste good. This is a HUGE bag too so it will last a long while!

Cheesy
This is every “kids” dream!!!! I have always loved the little cheese packets in mac and cheese and this tastes just like those. I use this on my low carb tortilla chips after I fry them. Not going to lie, I lick that bowl clean!! Do use caution when opening as it can be a bit poofy. I would buy this 100 times over!

Not a healthy choice.
This item, which is marketed as a healthy item, contains yellow dye numbers 4 & 5. The addition of dyes to a “healthy” food item is unnecessary and unwanted, and for my family, unusable. If they really need to give it a color they could have used turmeric, which is what I use for food coloring. Doesn’t affect the taste since you use so little to color.
