Belissia Liquid Food Colouring green for Cooking and Baking

I was looking for a product that would give great depth of colour for a rainbow cake. These gave a great result and the colouring did not leave any taste. I used a 3 medium egg mix with 175g each of margerine, caster sugar and self raising flour then split each mix in half to make two layers of the cake. I used purple - 40 drops, blue - 50, yellow - 30, orange - 40, red - 60, green - 40, pink (red) 10. The 60 drops was just under half the bottle.

Insanely strong colours, only need 2-3 tiny drops for a vibrant coloured icing for a cake. The bottles are small but will last me ages. All make great colours and cannot taste them at all. Great price and a great product.

Bought this to add a few drops to the water when my Lilac Peace Lily needs watering to maintain its colour. This was recommended at the time of purchase and this particular colour is lovely and does the job!

A very good product that colours food beautifully. Depending on how much used the colour can range from delicate to deep. Quite expensive for the quantity compared to other food colourings but as the colour is lovely it's worth it.

Some colours are pretty. The strength varies per colour used. It's compatible with most mixes. (It didnt do well with marshmallow), taste free and scent free. The consistency of the product mixes well. Needed concentration depends on what your making. Very disappointed with the black. What should have been 2 tbsp turned into 2 bottles and still only got a muddy brown colour. Black/red where weak and strong colours not achieved even after being left to stabilise over night. So mixed review on this product. Don't bother if you're buying for black.

I bought this food colouring for a weird use so I’m not sure whether it does the job in colouring food or not. I recently bought a new top of the range airbrush and I wanted to practice using it without wasting expensive paint. Food colouring being water-based is the ideal medium to practice new skills or new airbrushes. I also use it when teaching my grandson how to use the airbrush as he doesn’t have to worry about mixing paint thinners or airbrush medium we just put the colour in and let him go. As an eight-year-old. . As an eight year-old he’s incredible now with this airbrush he’s incredible. With an airbrush through practising with food colouring. I can see him making a living out of it if you continues the way he is.

He probado este colorante alimentario líquido de color verde de la marca Belissia y el resultado ha sido fantástico. Lo he utilizado para repostería y cumple de sobra con lo que promete gracias a su alta concentración. Lo que más destaca: Alto rendimiento (Cunde mucho): Al ser altamente concentrado, con tan solo un par de gotas consigues un tono verde muy vivo. Esto es genial porque el bote de 10 ml, aunque parezca pequeño a primera vista, va a durar para muchísimos usos. No altera el sabor ni la textura: Uno de mis mayores miedos con los colorantes es que dejen un regusto químico o que vuelvan la mezcla demasiado líquida. En este caso, no aporta absolutamente ningún sabor y, al necesitar tan poca cantidad, no estropea la consistencia de cremas ni masas. Además de usarlo en bizcochos, buttercream y fondant, también es ideal para hacer manualidades con niños (como plastilina casera o slime). Dosificación limpia: El formato del gotero es muy preciso, lo que permite controlar gota a gota la intensidad del color hasta dar con el tono exacto (desde un verde pastel suave hasta un verde hierba intenso). A tener en cuenta: Ojo con las masas horneadas: Como ocurre con la mayoría de los colorantes líquidos, al hornear masas (como un bizcocho), el color tiende a perder un pelín de intensidad por el calor. Si buscas un verde muy oscuro tras el horneado, añade una o dos gotas extra a la mezcla antes de meterla al horno. Para cremas en frío o fondant, el color se mantiene intacto y superbrillante. Conclusión: Un colorante de calidad profesional, muy concentrado y que da unos resultados vibrantes sin esfuerzo. Es perfecto tanto para repostería creativa como para proyectos de manualidades en casa. Totalmente recomendado.

Parfait et très coloré

Llegó con el precinto plástico roto, señal de haber estado usado anteriormente, dado que este es un producto que no admite devolución o reemplazo, y es para uso alimenticio, lo he tirado directamente a la basura, nunca se sabe lo que puede contener. Le pongo una estrella por que es obligado puntuar, desconozco si es un producto correcto o no.
