I’m honestly shocked at how well these work. I went to an EDM concert and it completely saved my ears. Nothing was reallly muffled (maybe slight muffling on the mid and high setting) and having the ability to adjust the intensity throughout the night was great. When we left I had zero ear throbbing or that kind of underwater sensation. They say in the instructions to wear them out to test, rather than try and use at home (I think implied that using your phone or tv wasn’t going to give you a good sense of how they work), which I assumed was nonsense- but it actually does make a difference. They fit really well and overall were comfortable and stayed with minimal fiddling (which was more me than needing to check than anything). Having a nice hard shell carrying case is a nice bonus. I truly hate ear plugs. How they feel how, how muffled everything is, and how they stick out. I’ll basically take the damage and discomfort afterwards over wearing them. I can also never get them to fit properly but I didn’t have any of those issues with these. I really think they’re worth it.

After 2 full weeks of use I am obsessed. With 3 young boys who are constantly loud, these have saved me!! They are so much easier to use than traditional earplugs that you have to squish and wait to expand in your ears. I have used earplugs for years. I have had my hearing checked because certain environments and sounds hurt my ears more than an average person. I have far above average hearing for all tones. These earplugs have helped me prevent getting overstimulated. I have far more patience when my ears aren’t in pain from the noise. The adjustable sound blockage is awesome!! I was skeptical but it really works. On the open setting I can still talk and hear the other person respond. I can also still hear videos or calls on my phone. When using the full block setting they are more like traditional earplugs that really block the sound more. These come with 4 sizes of adjustable ear inserts. I am using size small. The large size is great for blocking out loud machinery (like using a metal grinder.) the instructions say the bigger the size the better the sound blockage. Did not realize they came with a case!! (Description probably shares that but I missed that.) That is a huge bonus! I can easily keep them in my pocket or toss them on my keys (there is a loop at the top to allow for this). I highly recommend these for those who need sound dampening and blockage, especially if you have sensory processing disorder!

Definitely just what I needed while working, these ear plugs allow me to filter out background noise so that I can fully focus. With them in, I don't hear the hum of appliances, they reduce the sound of anyone watching TV in the other room (they don't block it out completely) but they don't make me deaf to everything around me (so I can still hear my wife when she talks to me). So far they are comfortable when wearing for extended periods and they come with four sizes of ear tip so they fit various ear sizes. They also come with a little carry case which feels a little low quality but that's not something that bothers me. They are very easy to use, you simply pop them in and turn them to one of the three modes. That being said, my only true qualm about them is that despite having 3 different modes, I hardly notice any difference (this may be due to only using them when working, I haven't tested them during a concert or out and about). The mechanism to change the setting also feels a little fiddly for my fingers.

I was pretty iffy on purchasing hearplugs over $5, however these work amazing. I have upstairs neighbors that have a ventilator I can hear all night. With these ear plugs I can still hear my tv, but it completely drowns out all background noise. Comfortable enough to sleep with, and they don't hurt my ears.

I love the Loop Switch 2 earplugs! I tried not to get my hopes up that these would make a difference in my life before they arrived, but still, I hoped maybe they would - a little at least. I needed SOMETHING to help me at this time in my life. I’ve only had the Loop Switches since April 21, 2025, and I can tell you their impact on my life is significant! I am a neurodivergent working from home with a spouse who also works from home and 2 adult children who had to move back home and who have different work schedules than me, and there are soooo many (often loud and always distracting) sounds and continuous interferences and accidental frustrations in our situation (for all of us). These earplugs help with all of that! I also have misophonia, which compounds my stress *incredibly,* but the relief I am experiencing (while using these earplugs) from NOT having to be subjected to all manner of noises NOT created by me is AMAZING. *Hearing myself chew while using the earplugs took some adjustment,* and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to handle it at all, but I am sticking with the Loop Switch earplugs because the pros outweigh the cons for me personally. Social anxiety while grocery shopping is made nearly nonexistent for me with these earplugs in, which I never could have imagined or believed until I experienced it for myself. Driving with adjustable earplugs seemed like a possible safety hazard, but, the truth is, I can still hear a lot while drowning out stressful extraneous traffic noise, and that alleviates stress for me. I would love to wear them during work all day every day, but wearing them and answering phones is a bit more than I can handle. When I can wear them during work, they definitely help me focus. I am experiencing less noise-related anger with the help of these nicely functional earplugs. I did wear them at a social event last week, and some people mentioned that I seemed “rude” or “disengaged,” because I wasn’t interacting with them as they expected, and I didn’t hear some people who were speaking to me from some distance away. Three things; I originally put the earplugs in because I had a horrific migraine and couldn’t bear the noise at this event I was required to attend, but I was also wearing them so that I wasn’t overwhelmed by people/social anxiety on top of a migraine, AND, yeah, I did retreat into my own little bubble as a result of having less extraneous noise around me because it was easy (and necessary at that time), and I was incredibly grateful for that! But, just know, these earplugs are tiny and can’t be seen by anyone from the front or back of your head, so it’s likely you will get these same types of comments. These earplugs are not cheap, but I feel the reward of experiencing less noise, stress, anger and anxiety is pretty priceless! I have recommended them to my children and truly believe they would benefit from using them. I would recommend them to anyone who is open minded about trying new things that could have a positive impact. I do wonder, though, about the lotions, oils, etc., that I’m transferring from my hands to my ears putting the earplugs in and pulling them out of my ears several times per day. Prioritize cleaning your ears, hands and earplugs if using any earplugs. I’m sticking with Loop Switch 2 earplugs… and, yes, I have tried and daily use all 3 “switches!” (I just opened the one Loop Link I ordered, and it’s fantastic, and I would say a *must-have accessory* for these very tiny earplugs!)

I have 24/7 tinnitus and I’m very sensitive to loud noise due to vertigo, so finding good ear protection is really important for me. The Loop Switch 2 have been a game changer, I wore them yesterday at a concert at Wembley and felt like I could fully experience the atmosphere and music while still feeling protected. It made such a difference being able to enjoy the event without worrying about the noise overwhelming me. I’m also planning to use them in my gym classes where the music is often way too loud. Comfortable, effective, and stylish, highly recommend!

I was skeptical about the switch mechanism but honestly these are great. I took them out to a busy mall on boxing day. The different sound levels were so helpful between talking to shop workers, walking around, and taking the loud transit was so peaceful. I was way less overstimulated by sound with these. I would highly recommend. The switch mechanics are so simple and easy. The product is comfortable, the case is nice

Couldn't hear the difference indoor or when my girlfriend spoke to me. It was a bit like those cheap earplugs. Until I was at a concert where is was noticeable. And sounds stay clear. It is not good enough to block sounds on the train. The cancellation is not enough. So it is good for ear protection but not good enough for sound cancellation.
