VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Pain Relief Orthotics

These are helpful! I like them a lot and they have been worn a lot and are still going. They fit well inside my shoe, as long as the factory insole is removed and I like that they can easily be moved among different pairs of shoes. They are the best insoles I have tried to date for my high arches. That said, they still aren't quite what I need. My arches and instep are very high, so when I have these in certain pairs of shoes, it raises my foot too much, and the top of the shoe puts too much pressure on the top of my foot. I remember having the hardest time finding shoes that fit my babies' feet when they were little and thinking they had some crazy high insteps--I guess they got it from me! These are durable, as I said, they have lasted through quite a lot of wear and tear over the last 8 months. I renovated a house last summer and wore these every day working on it--they helped my feet immensely! I always have foot pain--no matter what shoes or insoles I wear, but these definitely do reduce it.

These are great. I have purchased these twice now to wear to theme parks (we are Universal passholders, so we go often and walk a lot) and I have gotten to the point where if anyone is going with us, I tell them to order these specific ones so that their feet do not hurt! Ive noticed even if you put them in cheap shoes, your feet will still not hurt. I really like platform sneakers, so I have a few cheap pairs of them from shein (Im talking like $12 sneakers) and I wear them in theme parks all the time with these inserts... no pain!

I'm flatfooted, so I bought these. I work in a restaurant, so I'm on my feet for long hours. I must say, I'm standing up straighter and my lower back doesn't hurt like it used to. They fit my shoes perfectly (I, personally, didn't have to size up my shoes) . They are firm, but that's good and I didn't have to break these in at all. My last pair from another company gave me foot spasms, I never even had a chance to break those in. These are a great price especially considering people pay over $500 for prescription orthodics. I know some people have pain when trying something like this, but for me, this brand made me feel like a new person, I even feel a new bounce when I walk..I recommend

Yayyyyyy! I out these in my shoes as soon as I got them and haven't stopped wearing them since! My plantar fasciitis has been such a struggle and these have helped enormously. I'm getting some for my mom now, and that's the highest review I could give! So happy with these and they're at an excellent price point.
