No more upset stomach. So far it's been the only probiotic that hasn't caused me to have stomach issues! Yay! I feel so much better on the daily!

I don’t know if this affects people that have diverticulosis, (not diverticulitis) but after taking 1 pill, I spent the entire next day in terrible pain with my gut! After reading other reviews with people having a diverticulitis attack, it made me wonder if it bothers certain people with the condition. I do know I have taken other Probiotics & Prebiotics without any issues. So after 1 pill- $60 down the drain wasted!! In today’s day, that’s a lot of money to just throw away! After the pain I went through, I would never try another. It felt like I was having a mild diverticulitis attack. I couldn’t eat a thing all day, & had to just lay around with a heating pad on my stomach!! It was like someone punched me in the gut! No thanks- would I recommend.. I think not!

Definitely noticed a differed in fecal form and consistency. Highly recommend
