I like the liquid form because it’s easy to use and the dropper makes measuring simple. The taste isn’t too strong and it goes down easily compared to taking capsules every day. A well-renowned doctor, whose opinions I respect, recommended taking saw palmetto for hair loss. He said it was possible to either take it internally, or to use it topically, which is why I chose this particular brand, and I have to say that I have seen results.It took a few weeks, but I then began to notice hair regrowth around my hairline and thinning patches at my temples, and over the months the hair has begun to return; albeit still rather thin, but hey, it's hair!My only criticism is that the oil is brown, and I discovered that even shampooing twice doesn't always remove the color, as was evidenced by my white towels being a little brown when I hand-dried my hair. But, after doing a better job of removing the oil, my towels are now back to being white.I will use this product again.

I recently bought this product but the dosing information is confusing. Directions state to put a full squeeze, up to the bulb, of the dropper in water. However, you don't know what your dosage is on a full squeeze as the dropper markings stop at 1.0 ml just over a 3rd of the way up. The Serving Size is .7ml = 450MG per the bottle directions. So assumedly, with a full dropper, you are taking approx 450MG x 3. I think the Suggested Usage section of the bottle should probably disclose your dosage for safety reasons. I will update my review after a few month's of using my doctor recommended dosage of 160mg twice day. I am approaching 60, have very thin and getting thinner and damaged hair. Definitely doing everything possible to strengthen and increase volume, high dose biotin, B12, Nioxin Products, hormone balancing, yada yada. The biotin specifically has the most noticeable effect. My Dr. recommended adding low dose of A and Saw Palmetto, so here I go. The price of beauty.
