Waste of money ,instructions not simple and pointless as not accurate don't waste your money As hormone levels change throughout the month better getting a blood sample from gp for FSH levels

Good value for money

This kit comprises two urine test sticks (similar to pregnancy testing kits) and an instruction leaflet. You do one test, then wait a week and do the second, and then interpret the results using a table in the leaflet. I've been perimenopausal for several years now - having the symptoms and reduced period frequency. Unfortunately the results I got from the test weren't actually covered in the leaflet. It does, however, recommend that, if you're still having regular periods, to use one of the tests during a period - mine are so far apart that I simply did them a week apart, but perhaps I should have waited for a period first. Again - the instructions don't really cover what they class as "regular". So for me - it didn't really work.

After reading reviews thought I'd give it a go as I'm experiencing changes. The tests are very easy to use and the result appeared in less than a minute.
