No. Bridging up to 3 channels all at 4 ohms and 400 rms per bridged channel.

I heard you can run active component speakers. How would you go about running tweeters active with such high wattage?

While I got a good laugh out of this simple but poignant statement, I believe those who falsely lead others with information they either made up or don’t actually understand is the true jerk. While Rusty was harsh in his response, it was accurate, which is preferable to a kind but false one. 
Active crossovers use much more accurate digital cutoffs that don’t have the impedance shifts problems of passive ones. Additionally passive crossovers USE power, which would be compounded by a less powerful amplifier such as the one in the head unit. Tweeters are amplified regardless if the amplifier is in the head unit or external, and while using a more power amplifier may sound dangerous, an under powered speaker (tweeter, woofer, etc) that is driven to the point of distortion to achieve sufficient volume is the most common type of damage. 
Furthermore, I have never seen a head unit that is capable of “20-30 watts RMS”. 16 RMS is the highest achieved with OEM wiring, and the highest I’ve ever seen (we are talking certified numbers, not the “50x4 watts” “peak” that all head units advertise. (Look at CEA-2006 certified power ratings if you don’t understand or “disagree”) 
Remember that an amplifier can always make less power than its maximum rating and distortion increases as amplification or volume does.
