Best fog lights for the money!
On the right are the new xf3 and on the left are the old xf2 fogs..I’ve had the xf2 variants of these fog for a year and they were bright. Bright enough to outshine my dim headlight in visibility . Upgraded to new xf3 and they indeed are a little brighter. I like the color as well matches my new sealight HIDs well. Simple plug and play and no codes on my 2013 G37. Highly recommend . Now I don’t mind driving at night in addition to the New HIDs

Works, had install issue, Customer Service was great!
Appear to be functioning as designed in stock housing on a 2018 Dodge Durango GT (fogs). During installation the plastic power connector attached to the metal heat sink/housing broke, possibly an issue with the 2 different materials. I had to email the company directly, cannot get support through Amazon, but they were VERY receptive and easy to deal with and sent a replacement immediately. That was VERY much appreciated

Color not as advertised and the adjustability isn’t a true 360deg.
I’ve been using sealights for all my cars for years. And it was time to replace my aging H11 HIDs in my low beams on my Grand Cherokee. The challenge with LEDs in this vehicle is the orientation of the bulbs which would not be in the 3 and 9. This bulb offered the 360deg collar. Which is NOT 360deg. It is adjustable by two small screws into about 10 preset positions based on the holes in the collar. It is close, I was able to get the bulb in at 2 and 8. The next hole over put the bulb at 4 and 10. Lost a star for this. Next is the advertised color. My HIDs were 5000k. Which is a fine color. My high beams use the Sealight X1 and you can tell the difference that my HIDs are a little on the yellow side. Well, I took my time and only replaced the burned out passenger side and drove a couple of days with the HID still in the driver side. To my surprise, the new LED was an exact match to the HID. Definitely no where near 6500k or even 6000k. Realistically these are closer to 5000k, give or take. The brightness is exactly the same when I placed it up on the alignment wall. The lumin claims are just that. They are totally made up numbers for marketing. There is not standard for measure bulbs so those claims are just bogus. Loss of another star. If they last 5+ years and advertised then they are well worth the cost and I’ll be satisfied.

Impressed And Worth It
Finally needed to replace the fog light in my forester after almost 9 years. The original H16 halogen bulb finally burned out so I figured an upgrade couldn’t hurt. I didn’t want to get an LED so bright that it would melt the housing, or piss off every driver opposing me. And I think this would be the absolute limit if your goal is the same as mine. These are way brighter , but not so bright that it’s a problem. I’ve been driving with them for about a week now and nobody has been flashing me thinking I have high beams on. As far as longevity , I’m doubtful they will last 9 years like the last, but it’s a budget set of bulbs. Not the end of the world if they fail before the expected time.

Works well but never lasts up to 50,000 hours.
They work well and I have never had a dud. My main complaint is that I never come close to 40,000 or 50,000 hours of use. I replace the bulbs after roughly 3 years of light driving use. The light is a very solid white making it ideal for most road conditions.
