This has been really good for us and our son. It’s always been hard to get him to have vitamins and they can do so much good. Particularly if they have iron in, which these do. We mix these with a food pouch or a drink and both work really well. You can’t really taste it in a pouch and in the water he likes the taste. It’s really helped with his sleep since we started using it. Overall it’s a great one to use and we’re happy with it.
