Review: Cervical support for some exercises and customization when firm massage is needed. - They complain about too soft, but I noticed that it has a valve that can be inflated with a basketball pump. So I love that I have one very inflated so serves for deeper massage and the other more deflated for my cervicals, just the right amount for other exercices where I need cervical support. Love them!
