This is so so so so nice. Oh my days just getting this on after a rubbish day and work and I'm so relaxed. The heat on it is just lovely and having the heat on hot while it's massaging my next and shoulders is literally a dream come true.I can't sit down to watch the tele any more without reaching for this and getting it on.I think I'm obsessed with it!

Easy to use but does stop when pressure is put on the strap. Good for the price

2nd time I have brought this I suffer with terrible back and neck pain had surgery and has helped alot, my 1st one lasted about 4 years until my husband decided to try n do his leg after a gym session and pressed to hard on it or it would still be going. So bought the same one again & husband is banned from this one. It comfortable easy to use wish the lead was a bit longer, but hits the bits you cant reach on your own. Different ranges for pressure and u can apply your own I really like it.

I bought this end of September and it’s not stopped spinning. I’ve had one of these before and it lasted years. But it wasn’t from Amazon. Can’t seem to get in touch with anyone about this

My neck and shoulders have been really happy with this massager. I recently injured my shoulder and the pain is radiating into my neck too. I already had a much bulkier neck massager but it's not easy to adjust the location where I need it, and it's also made in such a way that it can be quite painful. So I went looking for something else, and this one is exactly what I need.It's easier to adjust to precise locations on your neck, shoulders, back etc. I've been using it a LOT since I got it and I love that I can easily move it around to different locations on my neck and shoulders. Can even use it on my lower back if needed. It's pretty powerful, but because of the way it's made, I can adjust that by moving it around. I can also increase the intensity by pulling on the side straps. It's also much more portable, which is another plus.I see others have complained about the heat not being that hot, and initially I agreed with that assessment. But with time, it has improved considerably, and can actually get very warm. Maybe people are only using it for a brief time and therefore it's not heating up enough, but using it as much as I have, it's more than warm. In fact, I usually have to turn the heat off.My only issue with it is its automatic changing direction of the rotation every.60 seconds. On one hand, that can be useful. But it would be much better if that was an option that can be turned on or off. Because if you find the sweet spot on your neck or back and have it exactly where and how you want it, it can be a pain (literally, at times) to reach back and change the direction because it automatically changed the direction. It's not a deal breaker, but in my opinion it would be better to have that be an option, not the default. Someone else also pointed out the material that covers the rollers is scratchy, and I found that to be the case too. My older massager has a similar material and doesn't do that. But, if I'm going to use it for very long, I just try to make sure I have my shirt adjusted so that it's massaging over the shirt, not on bare skin. Again, not a huge deal, just pointing it out.Let me say something about their customer service. I had an issue with the massager, and I reached out directly to their customer service. Their response was incredibly quick, and continued to be so throughout the course of the discussion. They completely resolved the issue for me, and quickly. It's rare these days to find customer service like that, but it makes all the difference when you do. And I think it deserves pointing out whenever you do get good customer service.

Great massage, but can be a little aggressive. Using right before bed helps me sleep. I use on neck snd shoulder area and my back.
