These are actually worth the money.bought many others no difference these are no really cushioned but stop the pain.Id say from a 9 down to a 2.

I've have four of these purchased over the last 8 years. XL Firm, two in the original black and two in the newer blue. I use them in my normal daily shoes and boots as well as hiking boots. Coupled with pretty regular inside use of Birks they have pretty much arrested and eliminated the plantar fasciitis I was developing in my late 40s.Are they the best? I'm sure some more expensive and/or custom solutions, particularly full insoles, are better, but those are two to maybe 10 times the price. Basically these are one of the better bangs for your buck and the real deal.I noticed some mixed comments but with foot things that's to be expected. You basically have to try them out. Everybody's feet, gait, and weight are different.The only downside I found is because they are fairly grippy rubber. They wear out the heels of my socks faster. I'd ask the manufacturer if there is any way to add a layer, at least to the top side, of something with a little less friction.

I did find relief from this item. Perhaps next time I will get the softer version. Planter faceitis is different for everyone. I found this product works better with a simple soft pad on top of the heel insert.Thank you for this product.

If you have PF (flat feet) and need arch support, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere or buying super expensive insoles or shoes. Get these! They saved my feet. I went from unable to walk, even to the bathroom, due to pain from PF to regularly jogging and being active within a month or so of wearing these everyday throughout my work day. Yes, they're that good. By the way, I’ve been buying these for years now and I don’t have any complaints. As a word of precaution though , they’re not overnight relief products. You have to wear them consistently for weeks (in every shoe) to begin to see a difference. Otherwise, they fit well and have terrific arch support.

Great product my feet feel better. But they are made of rubber and are falling apart in my shoes.
