A little bit of confusion
I have been taking these daily for several months now and haven’t been having any issues or adverse reactions after taking these. My only concern is that this supplement contains a lot of great things, on the label. However, I just feel confused about how they fit it all into one medium sized capsule per day. I’m not really sure how to verify or negate what’s on the label. I have just found with other HMB supplements, that I have to take more capsules for less amount of HMB. Well I just looked again at the product page, and it says that one serving is 3 capsules, which makes much more sense. However, I thought the label on the bottle said 1 capsule per serving. So maybe this is my mistake.

Product not what it says!
Product advertised as one dose & in all actuality is triple that dose, so not a value for the cost. Poor quality labeling, instructions, and misleading. Threw the supplements away without taking them in case ingredients were hazardous and may incur stomach discomfort. Attempted to contact company to ask questions, but they did not respond. Poor customer service.

Safety seal partially lifted (2nd time)
I am concerned about this products packaging. This is the second time Ive received the product in the last four months that the safety seal was partially off. This time it was half off. It makes me nervoud about using it.

This is a great inexpensive HMB/D3 supplement. The other brand is used was 3x more expensive and this one works just as good.

HMB seems to work but I just got it & can't give a better description.
Seems to work well but I just stated taking it, i haven't had it long enough to give any more about it.
