I bought this product with some skepticism but I have to say that it works. I've been able to have a deep sleep since using it (so far it's been a week) so the product seems to have some effect as advertised. However, I don't think I will buy it again: the cream tends to be absorbed well but leaves a sticky feeling on the skin, and it doesn't go away unless I take a shower. This puts me off as I usually put it just "after" my shower, so it feels like I've haven't washed. The smell is OK but also not extremely appealing.

I have chemo-induced insomnia and decided to try this after seeing a recommendation on instagram. Boy am I glad I did! The first few times I tried it I thought it was a fluke. A normal night for me is either not falling asleep until 2am, or falling asleep at 11 and being wide awake at 3am. With this I sleep a solid 8hrs+ each time. I put it down to me being so tired I had one good night every so often. But quickly realised it was only when I resorted to this lotion. The difference is so clear that I recommended it to my husband. He sleeps OK but wakes a lot. The first night he tried it he did a solid sleep with no waking for toilet breaks, for the first time in years. All I can conclude is this product actually works. If you are a cynic like me - just try it!

For me, this definitely works to aid sleep. I rub it into my hands and wrists at night and I soon drop off. I simply gave it a mid-low rating as it makes me sleep so deeply that I have difficulty waking up and getting started in the morning.

I suffer from restless legs and cannot take the magnesium tablets as they are too harsh. Applying the magnesium cream an hour before bedtime really works wonders

I rarely write reviews and was very sceptical about this product but can honestly say it has been a game changer for me.I have had problems sleeping for 10 years since the menopause,sleep induction being the biggest problem.I have tried numerous things to try and help my sleep with no avail.I apply this cream 30 mins before bed and within 15 mins I am fast asleep,something that hasn't happened for years.If I get up to the bathroom in the night,im straight off back to sleep as soon as I get back into bed.It also seems to have stopped my leg cramps.

I have restless legs pretty much most nights. I squirt each leg with one pump and rub in. If I need more, I just keep adding until my legs stop fidgeting. This product does leave your legs feeling a bit oily and your hands feeling dry weirdly and I need to either wash my hands or put cream on them. Overall, I would use this and I take it away with me on any overnight stay.

Llevo un par de semanas gastando la crema todas las noches. Lo pongo en mis hombros y cuello (siempre están tensos) y también en mis rodillas, ya que llevo unos meses que casi no puedo doblar las piernas. Mis hombros y cuello están mucho más relajados y sin dolor. También estoy durmiendo mucho mejor. Pero donde más lo he notado es en las rodillas. No me puedo creer la diferencia. Puedo agacharme sin problemas. Tengo 45 años y me cuido, hago yoga, camino mucho, como muy sano (dieta antiinflamatoria) pero mis rodillas cada vez iban a peor. Esta crema les ha devuelto la vida. Muy contenta. Seguiré gastándolo a diario

Aucune amélioration notable sur le sommeil. Laisse la peau et les vêtements humides et poisseux. Ma mère, à qui j'ai aussi acheté un flacon pour essayer, souffre de crampes aux jambes la nuit et le produit n'aide pas plus que cela. Très cher pour pas grand chose. Seul point positif: le produit sent très bon (lavande et camomille, relaxant).
