The first few times I tried it I thought it was a fluke. A normal night for me is either not falling asleep until 2am, or falling asleep at 11 and being wide awake at 3am. With this I sleep a solid 8hrs+ each time. I put it down to me being so tired I had one good night every so often. But quickly realised it was only when I resorted to this lotion.
