It works
According to my wife, the pre and post body lotion makes your skin feel soft and takes away the smell of chlorine even if you can't shower right after getting out of the pool. The body wash is wonderful at getting rid of the chlorine smell.

Did not work at all!!
Really bad didn’t even work, first day of my holiday going in the pool the same night i came out in a chlorine rash, previous products have kept it at bay for 5-7 days this didn’t even prevent it in 5 hours!!! Worse product I have ever used

Perfect to combat/prevent chlorine rash from pool
This product helped me to continue to use the gym pool without suffering from burning or itching due to the chlorine. I have sensitive skin and this was exactly what I needed.

This seems to help
This seems to be helping me. I attend water aerobics twice a week and the water treatment tends to make my back itch and itch. I used the pretreat and after swim wash and I'm not near as itchy. I've used the skin treatment before I entered the pool and after I showered. I used it today on the itchy spots. It's not near as itchy today.
