Nikon's manual is vague with that "up to" statement. I believe the limit is due to the FAT32 filesystem - the standard filesystem for SDHC cards 32G and smaller - having a max file size of 4GB, so numerous files are required. Check the card - if that 5 minute clip is about 4GB in size, there's your answer. 64GB and larger SDXC cards use exFAT filesystem, which doesn't have that 4GB/file limit.

Please tell me feedback on touch autofocus of D7500

Will the D7500 work with my older lens. Currently using D90?

I'm mostly into scenery/nature/landscape/astro photography. What would be the main advantages of upgrading from a D3300 to this model?

I bought this body largely for its awesome ISO specs, and was quite impressed... until I wasn't. I was on my first big trip in the field (Canadian Rockies on a super clear moonless night) and continuously got frames with a red band on the right edge of the frame (short edge). I experimented again when home in a completely dark room, eye-cap on, etc, etc.. to get exactly the same issue. I went to my local camera shop, and they were able to easily recreate the problem with their own D7500. Nikon support has not had any solution in the last 3 months. If you are looking for high ISO and astro photography, I would stay away from this camera.

I have watched videos of what seems a lot of video focus issues. In actual use, have you found this to be true, if so, any work arounds/Nikon fixes?

I produce many videos in auto focus and I didn't find it to be an issue. I followed a bee hoovering harvested grapes on one video, and the bee was tracked very nicely. You can also switch to manual focus in some cases. Also, I don't just shoot a clip. I shoot several clips and I shoot them a bit longer. If something jumps out of focus, I just remove that part of the clip in post processing. In general, though, I don't have to do this. The lack of focus in video is exaggerated by the internet. However, I got inspired by some videos by people who shot the D7500 entirely in autofocus and were successful. You have to know what you are doing too.
